Rubicon Consulting, Inc. was founded on the belief that affordable, efficient recruiting and H.R. solutions and services are needed in the market place. This belief stems from our observations of the staffing industries inability or unwillingness to change and reduce service offerings and fees. The recent advent of the Internet combined with the proliferation of in-house recruiters has diminished or in some cases eliminated the value of their services.
