Rubicon's senior associates have over 30 years of aggregate staffing and H.R. experience. The associates joined forces to provide a broader range of expertise to their clients. The following is the summary of their profiles:

J.C. Smith, Rubicon's founder, has 7 years of recruiting experience within the transportation and contingent staffing industries. He has spent the last two years working as an onsite recruitment consultant for two separate Internet startups.

Throughout his recruiting career, J.C. has been characterized by his employers and clients as the "best recruiter" with whom they have ever worked. J.C. instills this high service level to all of his associates. J.C. is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Economics.

Brad Harrington brings 18 years of contingent staffing industry experience to Rubicon. Brad has worked as a branch manager, account manager and more recently as an in-house recruiter at a telecommunication startup.
