Rubicon's innovative recruiting service can be best characterized as a "recruiting strike-force" program that clients can call on to fill their current openings.
There are two pricing models that Rubicon offers to its clients. The first is the contingent pricing plan where the client only compensates Rubicon when a candidate is placed. The second is an hourly pricing plan. The hourly rates are corporate-to-corporate and are competitive to most contract recruiter rates.

Rubicon's recruiting professionals closely work with hiring managers by performing some of their recruiting duties onsite. The onsite presence of Rubicon's Recruitment Managers is an essential element of the service. The onsite element allows efficiencies that traditional staffing agencies are unable to match. These efficiencies allow for high placement-to-submittal ratios. High placement-to-submittal ratios translate to lower cost per hires, which equals lower placement fees to our clients.
